Our latest INNOVATION: Sublimation Print A is a solvent-free water-based polyurethane, with an adhesive polyester carrier, directly printable by SUBLIMATION INKS & INKJET white, applicable on ALL clear and dark TEXTILE available in 8.5 x 11 formats.
Applicable on clear or dark textiles: cotton, polyester, and nylon
Very soft touch, thin and stretch film
Quick transfer at low temperature: 120C-15sec

DESCRIPTION: Printable mat, white, water based, solvent and PVC free film, laminated on a heat-adhesive layer, itself laminated on a low tack self-adhesive polyester carrier. For solvent, eco solvent (incl. Truevis 2) & Latex inks
THICKNESS (+/-5%)
Heat-adhesive film: 80 microns
Self-adhesive carrier: 110 microns
TEXTILES: Cotton - Polyester - Polycotton - Coated Nylon/Polyester ( depending upon coating type ).

HEATPRESSING WITHOUT OVERLAPPING
All textiles
1. In case of new textile, make preliminary trials.
2. Print and plot positive image with solvent or eco-solvent ink.
3. Transfer on garment with Series 600 Application Tape, protecting it with a baking paper if press directly (no Application Tape)
Coated Nylon
1. Press at 150C or 302F for 20 seconds, slowly peel the tape.
2. Press again, at 150C or 302F for 10 seconds, while protecting with a baking paper.
Washing temperature: 40C or 104F
Other textiles
Pressing: 140C or 284F for 10 seconds
Washing temperature: 60C or 140F

FURTHER RECOMMANDATIONS
1. Always protect material from direct contact with heating plate with a release baking paper.
2. Wait 24 hours before washing.
3. Do not use bleach or other aggressive chemical agents.
4. Iron from inside.
5. Store products in a tempered and dry room, protected from direct sun rays.
RISK OF RESUBLIMATION: For sublimated textiles, it is recommended to use PRINT SOFT BLOCKSUB with a soft and elastic barrier to re-sublimation
SAFETY: Inert components, REACH compliant, without PVC, plastifiers, heavy metals, VOC, according to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class 1.
IRON ON: After printing, cutting (positive mode) and weeding, use Series 600 Application Tape to transfer the image onto garment. Protect the tape with a baking paper, set the iron on maximum heat. Do not use steam. Press strongly, from the center towards the edges. Peel the tape when warm
