LASER DARK A is a solvent-free water-based polyurethane, printable, white, applicable on colored textiles.
It is suitable to LASER printing available in 8.5 x 11 formats.

DESCRIPTION Printable heat-adhesive film on self-adhesive polyester carrier.

USER'S GUIDE
1. Print text, image or photo in normal positive mode.
2. Use the Bypass feeding (manual feeding) of the printer, on Heavy Mode setting.
3. If wanted, cut out the contours using a plotter with an optical eye function. Set up the blade to cut only the print film, and not the polyester carrier, then weed.
4. Apply application tape UNITAPE 501 or 502 on the image, using a squegee. Remove from carrier.
5. Put the material on textile so that the image can be seen, and protect the tape with baking paper.
6. Heat press at 320F / 30 seconds on automatic press with 5 bars (70 PSI) pressure, or maximum pressure of a manual press.
7. Peel the baking paper and the application tape once cold.
8. Press a second time at 320F / 30 seconds, while protecting the image with baking paper.

FURTHER RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Wait 24 hours before washing.
2. Do not use bleach or other aggressive chemical agents.
3. Iron from inside.
4. Store our products in a tempered and dry room, protected from direct sun rays.
SAFETY: Inert components, REACH compliant, without PVC, plastifiers, heavy metals, VOC, according to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class 1.
RESUBLIMATION Do not use on sublimated printed polyester.
IRON ON After printing, cutting ( positive mode ) and weeding, use an Application Tape UNITAPE 501 or 502 ( with liner ) to transfer the image onto garment. Protect the tape with a baking paper, set the iron on maximum heat. Don't use any steam. Press strongly, from the center towards the edges. Peel the tape when cold.
