I purchased this SealIt Pen on 10/28/18 with the hope of sealing the edges of the new decals on my boat transom.
There is an agitator ball in the barrel of the pen, similar to the agitator in a can of aerosol spray paint.
Shake the pen until you hear the agitator ball, then shake it for another :05 minutes.
I barely got two drops out of the pen before it froze up.
Save yourself some time, agitation and money and get a couple bottles of clear nail polis at the grocery or WMart for less than $2 each.

Shake intermittently while using the pen.
Even after this, I could not get the pen to dispense sufficient liquid.

A spare applicator tip is included with the pen.
I replaced the applicator tip and the pen still would not dispense liquid.

Purchased a couple bottles of clear nail polish for $2.50 each to seal the edges of my decals.
