This is super easy to use as you only need to press once to get that puff effect. It’s easy to weed and its pressure-sensitive carrier allows for easy repositioning.
PLEASE NOTE: Instructions can vary by color, please see the instructions on the inside of your roll.
PUFF PRINT 4040 MATTE is compatible with all current printers using eco-solvent, solvent inks.
Other inks are not recommended.
The product offers a high print resolution with a matte finish and has a pleasant soft textile touch that will raise to a 3D effect after pressing.
Printing: true sided Make sure the inks are completely dry before cutting it.

1. Pre-heating the garment 3 seconds

4. Cover with silicon paper Post-pressing the PUFF PRINT film: 44 PSI 15 sec. 290°F|140°C MEDIUM PRESSURE
Application with a Crafters Hand Heat Press, will most likely not provide best results.
Before cutting, a cutting test is always recommended, especially when using a new roll for adapting the cutting depth.
Highly structured cotton or cotton mixture fabrics: adjust the application time.
Secure and long-lasting bond is only given when following the specified temperature and pressure conditions.
Due to the various influences which occur from production and transfer of plotter letterings, consistency of the carrier materials and also washing and cleaning conditions, product liability can only cover the unprocessed material.
Storage at room temperature (15-25 °C / 59-77 °F) air humidity of 50-60%.
We recommend the rolls be stored either standing vertically or in purposely designed hanging racks.
When used under normal conditions, this product does not generate or release any dangerous substances or hazardous chemicals.
This is a non-hazardous product in accordance with the current GefStoffV and EU criteria.
Therefore it is not necessary to prepare a Material Safety Data Sheet for this product.
The Safety Data Sheet serves only to comply with the regulation to supply information in accordance with REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 and is available on request.
This product is not a hazardous product with regards to transportation legislation; neither does it contain substances that are hazardous to water within the meaning of the federal water act.
After use, dispose of the waste product in accordance with the local / national authorities.
