I have had just a couple of orders with them, but I plan to purchase my vinyl directly thru them from now on. The customer service I received was above excellent, I ordered a product that was shown as in stock but turned out it needed to be ordered and Laura immediately allowed me to swap for a in stock item, no questions asked.
