If cutter is going to take more than a week for repair, a open box unit will be sent in replacement at CutterPros cost.
All units must be returned with all parts, cords, stand and basket, if applicable.
Units must be returned in original box to avoid damage in shipping and voiding your warranty. Replacement boxes are available for a cost of $75.00 which includes in/outer boxes and approved foam end caps.

If machine receives damage, it is customers responsibility to file claims with their shipping agent. CutterPros will provide proof of damage if applicable with photos, cost of replaced damage parts and labor.
